Prefer a more leisurely pace? The Elisabeth Promenade, a popular walking path, runs almost directly past the house and follows the course of the Gasteiner Ache river to Bad Gastein.
In the winter:
Whether you opt for the high-altitude skiing area of Sportgastein, the world championship-worthy Graukogel, or the skiing network of Stubnerkogel - Angertal - Schlossalm, you can reach any of these ski areas within a few minutes' drive. And for those who want a car-free vacation, the free ski bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the house.
